No merchandise may be returned without written authorization of myhebrewbooks.com. We must be contacted within 30 days of your original invoice date, stating the reason for return. We will then contact you, and you will be given a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, shipped prepaid and insured to our warehouse. All non defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your product is defective, you may return it for an immediate replacement subject to manufacturer or publisher restrictions. Stickers, posters, cassettes and CD's are not returnable.

Orders can be canceled within 90 minutes from the time that your order was placed.
